The card has 128MB RAM. Comes with all accessories (see picture) including remote, breakout input box, and all needed cables. I have misplaced the original driver disc, but I will send a disc with the latest software/drivers and instructions on how to install them. This card works great, the only reason I am selling it is I recently upgraded my motherboard and it does not have an AGP slot. This is a great card for someone who wants to be able to play the newer 3D games and still be able to watch TV.

Unfortunately, I did not read all the requirements. As you can see in the requirements it says you need a 300 watt power supply. My power supply is only 250w so I know off the bat it is not going to work in my computer. My loss your gain. Not actual picture but my card is the same.
